IT is a skill that would benefit any prisoner upon their release but they won’t be able to read up on the subject while they’re in jail. Teach Yourself Visually: Computers is a book that’s on the banned list at the Michigan Department of Corrections. Bosses fear that the information contained could create a security threat by training inmates to be hackers.
